Excellent core work, some tricep dips, and even a tiny glute segment! I
had a great time doing this pilates series. Jessica Smith has great
instruction, like for the plank series, where she slowly takes you into
the plank starting with how your arms should be and how you tuck your
core in, etc. I recommend doing this after another workout of your
choice and length of time. I did this after a 30 min. lower body
workout. It is a floor series, another thing I absolutely love about
this after doing standing work. The beach is beautiful, an awesome
background. I found this both challenging and relaxing.
